I’m a passionate Producer and Project Manager with a strong foundation in digital art, bringing a unique blend of creative vision and production strategy to every project. Led global internal and external art production and development teams across major IPs (FIFA AI League, RAICERS, FLUF World, Ready Player One, BAYC), delivering 700+ assets (3D, 2D, animation, VFX, UI) for in-game content, cinematic trailers and marketing video content. Owned full outsourcing pipeline (vendor sourcing, RFPs, feedback loops, and delivery) ensuring visual quality, technical accuracy, and budget alignment. Partnered with Art Directors, Developers, Designers and Product Owners to define visual targets, optimize workflows, and cut production time by 20%. Created documentation, managed art budgets and reporting, and maintained high standards across diverse art styles and platforms.

As an Art Producer I led a multidisciplinary team (2D, 3D, VFX, animation, UI) in the creation of cinematic trailers, marketing video content and 700+ high-quality game-ready assets for mobile games, Roblox, and The Sandbox. Managed full art production lifecycle from concept through implementation using agile methodologies. Collaborated with Art Directors and Product Owners to align visual direction, define milestones, and allocate resources. Streamlined production pipelines to meet platform specs and reduce rework. Delivered actionable art direction and feedback across teams and vendors, ensuring consistency, quality, and timely execution in a fully remote setup.

As a Game Producer I Pioneered the studio’s expansion into Roblox and The Sandbox games development, building a specialized cross-disciplinary team from scratch (engineers, artists, designers). Launched and led a rapid prototyping program on 6-week cycles to accelerate team expertise and validate product-market fit. Directed the Roblox adaptation of Secret Neighbor (tinyBuild), managing full production lifecycle, scope, roadmap, budget, and resource planning. Served as primary client liaison, delivering regular updates and maintaining satisfaction. Created tailored tech/art documentation and established an efficient art pipeline optimized for Roblox Studio and platform constraints.
